Bedtime is no longer a battle!

We discovered Saltd through social media at a time when our 4 year old's bedtime had become a real struggle. He was restless, had trouble winding down, and often became overtired and inconsolable as a result. As a sleep consultant myself, I had exhausted my options and was seaching for something to truly help him relax. That's when we found Saltd, and we're so glad we did! From the start, the Saltd. team was incredibly helpful and responsive, and our order arrived promptly. We purchased the Kids' Magnesium Spray and Magnesium Bath Flakes, and from the moment we opened the beautifully designed packaging, we knew we'd found something special. Our boys were immediately drawn to the bath flakes, enjoying the ritual of sprinkling, even the sound of the flakes is soothing! The magnesium spray is pure and gentle, and our boys love applying it to their feet as part of their bedtime routine. After two weeks of use, the difference has been remarkable. Our eldest, who used to struggle to fall asleep before 9pm, now settles much more easily, often by 7-7:30pm. His overall mood and behaviour have improved significantly, he's no longer overtired, bedtime is no longer a battle.
