Here, at Saltd. Magnesium, we are proud of our high-quality, effective magnesium products that are teamed up with our outstanding NZ customer service, and we want you to be happy with your purchase and Saltd. experience, therefore we have our Refund & Returns Policy in place for peace of mind and a relaxing shopping experience.
Returns Eligibility
To qualify for a return, products must be:
- Unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Please note all our boxes are sealed with a clear seal sticker. If the seal sticker is torn or removed, the product is considered opened and is not eligible for return.
- Please note all our bags are heat sealed. If the bags have been torn or ripped open, the product is considered opened and is not eligible for return.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, receipt or packing slip).
- Products must be purchased at www.saltdmagnesium.com
- Items must be returned within 21 days from the delivery date.
- Please note you are liable to cover the postage costs and this needs to be a tracked service (a tracking number is required to be eligible for return).
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, simply email us at refunds@saltdmagnesium.com with your order number and the email used to make the purchase.
Once we've received and assessed your return, our Customer Service Team will contact you via email to let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll receive your refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days from approval, please contact us at refunds@saltdmagnesium.com
Important to note regarding Refunds & Returns:
- Opened products are NOT returnable.
- Products with broken seals (boxes or bags) are NOT returnable.
- All items must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Proof of purchase is required for all refund requests (order number or receipt)
- When returning your products, please ensure it is securely packaged to avoid any damage in transit.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- If your package arrives damaged for some reason, please email us at hello@saltdmagnesium.com with your order number, the email used for the purchase, and clear photos of the damage. We'll take care of the rest!
