Saltd has not only improved my sleep, it has worked magic on my hormone imbalance and mental health. I am much more rested at night, waking up feeling restored and relaxed. The children's range is incredible, I have always had terrible sleepers, waking multiple times at night, spent hours settling, but not anymore, for the first time in years my children are sleeping all night without a peep. So currently the girls & I have been using the Saltd magnesium oil sprays on our feet every night.
